"Delicious, came here for Chinese New Year and couldn't have been treated better. Excellent service going above and beyond. Kind, helpful, informative. Extra care to show us our Chinese Animals for the year and explaining each dish in detail. The dumplings were full of flavour and two of us had the pork belly and and 1 person had the duck with plum sauce and both were fantastic. Served with explanations and beautiful presentation. Definitely would recommend. Also a lovely atmosphere in the restaurant and such friendly staff. A favourite restaurant in Bordeaux."
"The food was good with spicy on the side. We ordered the beef and eggplant. The owner made a special dessert based on a sesame dumpling that I often enjoy in China. My daughter ate them all. Accommodating and welcoming."
"The food is very delicious. The owner and the staff are lovely and friendly. If you want to eat Chinese food, I recommended this place."
"Hidden gem in Bordeaux! I am so happy to have found this place! Will definitely come back!"
"My friend and I enjoyed a meal here last week. Overall we were very satisfied, but a few small details could've made the experience a bit better. We shared 3 dishes--the black mushroom salad, the mabo-dofu, and a steamed shrimp dish. We found the prices to be a bit on the high side for the small-ish portion sizes; at the same time, it was the perfect amount of food for us so at least we didn't feel unsatisfied at the end. The salad was really quite small. We were asked how spicy we wanted the mabo-dofu, and we chose 4 out of 10, which was very spicy! (Speaking as someone who's used to spicy food) The shrimp was slightly overcooked, although that could be because we ate it last, and it was continually heated from underneath to keep it warm (which was a very nice touch in any case). Everything was delicious. We were disappointed by the dessert options, since basically they were reheated frozen food. (They told us that they plan to update the dessert menu to include homemade items in the near future.) If you want delicious Chinese food, I recommend it, but expect to pay slightly higher prices for slightly smaller portions."
"Loved it. The food was tasty and the service was very good. I’m giving it one star less because it was a bit expensive and we still had to wait quite a long time for the food. Otherwise, it’s perfect to come with kids and a baby — they have everything you need."
"The best Chinese restaurant I have tried in Bordeaux. Apart of the great service and place the food is comparable to the best ones I tasted in China - well balanced, juicy, spicy and tasty with rich flavors. Soup dumplings and salad are a must and the dishes are great! Very authentic Chinese food and it has their own originality as well. Definitely worth trying! The staffs are very kind and nice. Some of the menu are seasonal provided, that’s amazing passion and cool ideas!"
"If you’re looking for delicious food and a relaxing atmosphere, this restaurant is perfect! The moment I walked in and sat down, I felt completely at peace - it even brought back fond memories of home. The food and tea are absolutely amazing, and the staff are wonderfully friendly, always eager to hear your thoughts about the dishes. I left with a big smile on my face and can’t recommend it enough 10/10!!!"
